Please note the Cronut® changes flavor every month, never repeating. There's no "regular" or "plain" flavor. There's one flavor per month, and as a general rule the flavor you receive is the month of the Estimated Delivery Date you select (not the month you place the order). i.e., if you choose July 19 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the July flavor; if you choose August 24 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the August flavor; **UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED PER THE SPECIFIC DATES BELOW!**. Please check dates below to see what dates correspond with what flavor. On the beginning dates of the month, please confirm with us if you only want a specific month's flavor, as the flavor could be from either month depending on how production is scheduled.

Filled with apricot jam with a hint of brandy, paired with brown sugar orange caramel ganache

The estimated delivery date you select at check-out is an estimate. You may receive your order on the selected date or possibly 1 day earlier or later. You'll receive a tracking email once the package ships.
- Multiple batches of Cronut® pastries are released regularly (sometimes multiple times a day), so keep checking back!
- We have automated notifications: If the Cronut® is sold out, don't worry - sign up for "Email When Available" and an automatic email will be sent in order of sign ups.
- Sign up for notifications anytime it's sold out: If you've received a notification, but the Cronut® is sold out by the time you reach the page, sign up again!
- The maximum per person is 3 boxes (2 Cronut® + 2 DKA pastries per box).

Storage:
Our DKAs and Cronut® pastries are baked fresh daily and shipped out the same day for delivery the next day. We recommend eating them the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. If still a bit chilled from the ice packs in the box, please remove them from the orange box, so they come to room temp before enjoying. Please do not refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge will make them soggy. Refrigeration won't extend the shelf life of the product. Please do not heat the Cronut®, as it's filled with cream and/or jam. If you do wish to cut, please use a serrated knife, to not crush the layers.
FEBRUARY 2025 CRONUT® INGREDIENTS: RASPBERRY JAM & STRACCIATELLA (VANILLA CHOCOLATE CHIP) GANACHE
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil.
Raspberry Jam: raspberry purée, lime juice, sugar, apple pectin, NH pectin, sodium alginate. Stracciatella Ganache: heavy cream, white chocolate, chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk fat, natural vanilla flavor), Maldon sea salt, vanilla paste (vanilla sugar syrup, water, vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds, xanthan gum), water, gelatin (fish). Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, natural food coloring, chocolate chips (as above).
Contains: dairy, eggs, gluten, soy. Produced in a facility where nuts are present.
