DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Due to the perishability of our items, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for packages returned to our partner shops by the carrier, or lost and stolen products.

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. Please do note that there may be minor wear and tear that can come from transit due to the delicate nature of the products. We take great care in making sure our products of high quality as we package and produce them in our facilities, but cannot ensure that handling through the carriers will be the same or that there wouldn't be understanding shifts or movement in transit.
