What to Expect When Ordering With Dominique Ansel Online
We're so excited for you to try out pastries in the comfort of your own home and place your first order! We pride ourselves on baking our pastries fresh for you right here in our NYC kitchens, and as such, it works a little differently than your usual shipping experience.
We don't bake your items until you order them, so we'll need some time to schedule it with our kitchen and chefs. Here's what to expect:
Order is placed
Order is scheduled for production (this can take a few days & up to 7 days)
Order is baked fresh for you
Order is shipped immediately for ultimate freshness to arrive as close to your selected estimated ship date as possible
Tracking number is emailed to you
Order is delivered to be enjoyed immediately
