WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Dominique Ansel Online (Online Pastry Concepts, LLC) is excited to be bringing you our signature fresh-baked pastries straight to your doorstep for the very first time. We ship throughout the contiguous United States using Fedex and UPS as our third party shipping carrier. You can select at check-out what works as the best pricing option for your needs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As our pastries are all fresh-baked and quite perishable, we currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only and cannot ship them internationally.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ITEMS?
We bake all of our pastries to order for shipping to ensure quality and freshness. Once your order is placed, we will try to coordinate production schedules to ship it so it arrives as closed to the Estimated Delivery Date you selected at checkout (this can be up to 7 days). Please see "What To Expect When Ordering" to understand our process.
Please do note that while we try our best to ship on to match your estimated delivery date, there are no guaranteed delivery date nor guaranteed delivery time. For fresh baked items, we will bake your items the morning it is shipped, so it can travel overnight or 2 day (depending on the perishability of the product) to your door. Please note that your order Estimated Delivery Date is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival. It may arrive early/late based on Fedex or UPS's delivery schedule.
**Please note: We only ship out orders Mondays-Thursdays to ensure safe and timely delivery to you. We do not ship out orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, due to some local FedEx locations being closed on weekends**
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH? AND HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT WILL SHIP?
We will send you an email confirmation once your online order is placed. We will try to schedule the production of your items as close to your Estimated Delivery Date as possible. Please do note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information. Please keep an eye out for your package to be delivered, as the perishable pastries inside are best consumed immediately.
HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date or delivery time but will do our best to meet your requests. Please refer to our shipping timeline table above to determine your earliest estimated delivery date. However, as many days reach capacity, please note that the earliest delivery dates may not be possible.
WHY IS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY THE ONLY OPTION SOMETIMES?
Certain items that we offer (i.e. DKA, the Cronut®) have extremely short shelf lives and can only be shipped overnight to make sure they maintain their quality. We will bake your items fresh for you and send it out that same day to ensure it gets there as fresh as possible.
