We're so excited to be able to ship Chef Dominique's iconic Cronut® pastry for the very first time! His signature half-croissant, half-doughnut pastry was first created at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC in 2013. It's not to be mistaken as simply croissant dough that's been fried; it's made with laminated dough that's similar to a croissant but uses a proprietary recipe. Each Cronut® is first proofed, then fried, filled, and topped with glaze. Since its debut, Cronut® fans have spanned the world, and now we're excited to be delivering them fresh to your door!
Please note that the Cronut® changes flavor every month, never repeating. There is no "regular" or "plain flavor". There is one flavor each month, and as a general rule the flavor you receive will be the month of the chosen Estimated Delivery Date you selected (not the month when the order was placed). For example, if you choose September 28th as your Estimated Delivery Date, you will receive the September flavor; if you choose October 20th as your Estimated Delivery Date, you will receive the October flavor, unless otherwise noted per the specific dates listed below. Please check the dates below to see what dates correspond with what flavor. On the beginning dates of the month, please confirm with us if you only want a specific month's flavor as the flavor could be from either month depending on how the production is scheduled.
Our Cronut® are made fresh daily and shipped out the same day (within 6-8 hours of receipt). We recommend eating them the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. If they are still a bit chilled from the ice pack in the box, please remove them from the orange box, and let them come to room temperature before enjoying (just a few minutes). Please do not refrigerate the Cronut®, as the humidity from the refrigerator will make them soggy. Refrigeration won't extend the shelf life of the product. And please do not heat as it is filled with cream. If you do wish to cut your Cronut®, please use a serrated knife, so as not to crush the layers.

Salted Pretzel Ganache: pretzel (enriched flour: wheat flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), salt, malt (tapioca syrup, malt extract), cane sugar, canola oil, yeast, soda), white chocolate, water, fish gelatin.
Milk Chocolate Ganache: heavy cream, Valrhona Orelys milk chocolate (cocoa butter, dark muscovado whole cane sugar, whole milk powder, brown sugar, soy lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla), water, fish gelatin.
Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, pretzel (enriched flour: wheat flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), salt, malt (tapioca syrup, malt extract), cane sugar, canola oil, yeast, soda
