We're excited to ship Chef Dominique's iconic Cronut® for the first time! His signature half-croissant, half-doughnut creation launched at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC in 2013. Not to be mistaken as simply croissant dough that's been fried, it's made with laminated dough similar to a croissant but uses a proprietary recipe. Each Cronut® is first proofed, then fried, filled, and topped with glaze. Since its debut, Cronut® fans have spanned the world, and we're excited to deliver them fresh to you!
Please note the Cronut® changes flavor every month, never repeating. There's no "regular" or "plain" flavor. There's one flavor per month, and as a general rule the flavor you receive is the month of the Estimated Delivery Date you select (not the month you place the order). i.e., if you choose August 17 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the August flavor; if you choose September 9 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the September flavor; **UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED PER THE SPECIFIC DATES BELOW!**. Please check dates below to see what dates correspond with what flavor. On the beginning dates of the month, please confirm with us if you only want a specific month's flavor, as the flavor could be from either month depending on how production is scheduled.
September 2022: Earl Grey Ganache & Okinawa Black Sugar Ganache

Our Cronut® are made fresh daily and shipped out the same day (within 6-8 hours of receipt). We recommend eating them the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. If still a bit chilled from the ice packs in the box, please remove them from the orange box, so they come to room temp before enjoying (just a few minutes). Please do not refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge will make them soggy. Refrigeration won't extend the shelf life of the product. Please do not heat, as it's filled with cream. If you do wish to cut, please use a serrated knife, to not crush the layers.
September 2022 Earl Grey & Okinawa Black Sugar Ingredients:
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil. Earl Grey Ganache: heavy cream, white chocolate, earl grey tea, water, gelatin (fish). Okinawa Black Sugar Ganache: sugar, heavy cream, white chocolate, water, gelatin (fish). Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, earl grey tea, natural coloring.
October 2022 Cherry & Cappuccino Ingredients:
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil. Cherry Jam: cherry purée, sugar, lemon juice, NH pectin, sodium alginate, apple pectin. Cappuccino Ganache: heavy cream, white chocolate, instant coffee, water, gelatin (fish). Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, cherry, natural coloring.
