We're excited to ship Chef Dominique's iconic Cronut® for the first time! His signature half-croissant, half-doughnut creation launched at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC in 2013. Not to be mistaken as simply croissant dough that's been fried, it's made with laminated dough similar to a croissant but uses a proprietary recipe. Each Cronut® is first proofed, then fried, filled, and topped with glaze. Since its debut, Cronut® fans have spanned the world, and we're excited to deliver them fresh to you!
Please note the Cronut® changes flavor every month, never repeating. There's no "regular" or "plain" flavor. There's one flavor per month, and as a general rule the flavor you receive is the month of the Estimated Delivery Date you select (not the month you place the order). i.e., if you choose July 19 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the July flavor; if you choose August 24 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the August flavor; **UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED PER THE SPECIFIC DATES BELOW!**. Please check dates below to see what dates correspond with what flavor. On the beginning dates of the month, please confirm with us if you only want a specific month's flavor, as the flavor could be from either month depending on how production is scheduled.

If you choose July 2nd-August 1st as your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the JULY 2025 flavor
If you choose August 4th-August 29th as your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the AUGUST 2025 flavor

The estimated delivery date you select at check-out is an estimate. You may receive your order on the selected date or possibly 1 day earlier or later. You'll receive a tracking email once the package ships.
- Overnight shipping does not mean you will receive it tomorrow; as we bake each order fresh for you (and it takes 3 days to make a Cronut, for example), we typically require 5-7 days for shipping orders; we will bake the pastries fresh and ship them out overnight to arrive on or as close to the estimated delivery date that you selected as possible.
- Multiple batches of Cronut® pastries are released regularly (sometimes multiple times a day), so keep checking back!
- We have automated notifications: If the Cronut® is sold out, don't worry - sign up for "Email When Available" and an automatic email will be sent in order of sign ups.
- Sign up for notifications anytime it's sold out: If you've received a notification, but the Cronut® is sold out by the time you reach the page, sign up again!
- The maximum per person is 3 boxes (4 Cronut® pastries per box).
Storage:
Our Cronut® are made fresh daily and shipped out the same day (within 6-8 hours of receipt). We recommend eating them the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. If still a bit chilled from the ice packs in the box, please remove them from the orange box, so they come to room temp before enjoying (just a few minutes). Please do not refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge will make them soggy. Refrigeration won't extend the shelf life of the product. Please do not heat, as it's filled with cream. If you do wish to cut, please use a serrated knife, to not crush the layers.

AUGUST 2025 CRONUT® INGREDIENTS: PEACH & TRES LECHES
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil. Peach Jam: white peach purée, sugar, lemon juice, apple pectin, NH pectin, sodium alginate. Tres Leches Ganache: white chocolate, heavy cream, yellow cake (sugar, enriched flour, palm oil, dextrose, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda), propylene glycol mono & diesters of fatty acids, cornstarch, eggs, salt, nonfat milk, mono & diglycerides, soy lecithin, xanthan gum, whey, natural flavor, annatto & turmeric extract color, soy flour), condensed milk (milk, sugar), gelatin (fish), water, cinnamon. Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, cinnamon.
Contains: dairy, eggs, gluten, soy. Produced in a facility where nuts are present.
