Please note, this is for our classic DKA, the original recipe currently served at Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho (for the Brown Sugar version, please click here).
Our DKAs are baked fresh daily here at the Bakery, so we recommend that you eat them the same day that you received them. Store in a cool, dry place. If they are still a bit chilled from the ice pack in the box, please let them come to room temperature before enjoying. Please DO NOT refrigerate the DKAs, as the humidity from the refrigerator will make them soggy. If you do wish to cut your DKA, please use a serrated knife, so as not to crush the layers.
