Celebrate Thanksgiving and the autumn season with our classic Salted Caramel Apple Pie! It's one of our favorite Thanksgiving traditions, made with caramelized autumn orchard Gala apples framed in a gorgeous hand-cut lattice-topped pie crust. It's finished with a sprinkle of crunchy turbinado sugar all around the flaky golden edges.
Approx. 8 inches. Serves 6-8 people.
Keep refrigerated up to 2 days, let come to room temperature before serving.
If you'd like to serve the pie later on, it can be frozen for up to 2 weeks; if frozen, let defrost in the fridge before serving. The pie can be served at room temperature or warmed up (pre-heat oven to 350°F, heat pie for 15 minutes or until the center is warm).
