We're excited to ship Chef Dominique's iconic Cronut® for the first time! His signature half-croissant, half-doughnut creation launched at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC in 2013. Not to be mistaken as simply croissant dough that's been fried, it's made with laminated dough similar to a croissant but uses a proprietary recipe. Each Cronut® is first proofed, then fried, filled, and topped with glaze. Since its debut, Cronut® fans have spanned the world, and we're excited to deliver them fresh to you!

Please note the Cronut® changes flavor every month, never repeating. There's no "regular" or "plain" flavor. There's one flavor per month, and as a general rule the flavor you receive is the month of the Estimated Delivery Date you select (not the month you place the order). i.e., if you choose July 19 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the July flavor; if you choose August 24 for your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the August flavor; **UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED PER THE SPECIFIC DATES BELOW!**. Please check dates below to see what dates correspond with what flavor. On the beginning dates of the month, please confirm with us if you only want a specific month's flavor, as the flavor could be from either month depending on how production is scheduled.

If you choose March 3rd, 2025-April 1st as your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the MARCH 2025 flavor

If you choose April 2nd-May 2nd as your Estimated Delivery Date, you'll receive the APRIL 2025 flavor

OUR FLAVORS 

Storage:

Our Cronut® are made fresh daily and shipped out the same day (within 6-8 hours of receipt). We recommend eating them the same day you receive them for optimal freshness. Store in a cool, dry place. If still a bit chilled from the ice packs in the box, please remove them from the orange box, so they come to room temp before enjoying (just a few minutes). Please do not refrigerate, as the humidity from the fridge will make them soggy. Refrigeration won't extend the shelf life of the product. Please do not heat, as it's filled with cream. If you do wish to cut, please use a serrated knife, to not crush the layers.

APRIL 2025 CRONUT® INGREDIENTS: PISTACHIO GANACHE & HONEY ORANGE BLOSSOM GANACHE
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil. Pistachio Ganache: White chocolate, heavy cream, pistachio paste (pistachios, almonds, sugar, natural vegetable coloring, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor), water, gelatin (fish). Honey Orange Blossom Ganache: heavy cream, white chocolate, honey, water, gelatin (fish), orange blossom water. Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, pistachio, natural food coloring. 
Contains: dairy, eggs, gluten, soy. Produced in a facility where nuts are present.

MAY 2025 CRONUT® INGREDIENTS: STRAWBERRY JAM & PANNA COTTA GANACHE
Flour, water, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, dry yeast, soybean oil. Strawberry Jam: strawberry puree, sugar, lemon juice, NH pectin, apple pectin, sodium alginate. Panna Cotta Ganache: heavy cream, milk powder, vanilla bean paste, water, gelatin (fish). Topping: sugar, glucose, water, cocoa butter, natural food coloring, white chocolate pearls (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, biscuit cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt, wheat starch, baking soda, salt, cocoa butter, natural flavoring), sunflower lecithin, maltodextrin, shellac, natural vanilla extract).
